Delicious, nutrient dense and easy to prepare, add it into recipes where you would otherwise use spinach or kale. The stems can be enjoyed in place of celery.
- Store in a sealed container – such as its original bag – in the fridge.
- For the freezer – blanch or steam then freeze for future use. Place in a resealable bag or container once frozen.
- Consume within 5 to 7 days.
